Drake and Chris Brown will both walk away without any charges filed against them for their alleged roles in a massive brawl that took place on June 14th at WIP nightclub in New York.
After conducting interviews that were inconclusive and pouring over grainy club footage that was deemed "useless" the NYPD has decided to close the case according to TMZ.
Several people did report injuries after the champagne bottle throwing fight including Brown, his bodyguard, an Australian tourist and San Antonio Spurs basketball player Tony Parker.
Parker filed a $20 million lawsuit against the club for injuries he says he suffered to his eye from flying glass.
"Drake was never even a suspect so it's no surprise," said his lawyer Blair Berk.
