Early today Joe Budden exchanges heated words with upcoming artist C-class Dj - Dj I.O.U. via twitter. Seems that Dj IOU tweeted he had saw Joe Budden and went to twitter to discuss how he felt the jersey rapper looked when they crossed paths and also posted a pic of Chris rock as Pookie from New Jack City to poke fun at Joe.
