Dieuson Octave p.k.a. Kodak Black was back in a Broward County, Florida courtroom Thursday, May 4, for sentencing after he was found guilty of five house arrest violations last month, but the judge in the case cut him a major break.
Local News 10 reports that the "Tunnel Vision" rapper was ordered to complete an anger management/life skills course. If he's successful, his 365 day sentence will be commuted to 180 days. With time served Black could be out of jail in a matter of weeks.
Despite the fact that Black has been locked up his career continues to flourish. His single "Tunnel Vision" current sit at No. 20 on the Billboard Hot 100 chart.
