Ray J ran into some trouble Friday, May 30, at the Regent Beverly Wilshire Hotel.
According to NBC Los Angeles, the singer had been drinking at the hotel when he was asked to leave by security. He refused to leave the property and police were called.
When police arrived Ray resisted arrest and spit in an officer's face. After being placed in the back of a patrol car the "I Hit It First" singer kicked out a window.
He was taken to a police station and booked for booked for trespassing, private person's arrest, vandalism on a police car, resisting arrest, and battery on a police officer. His bail is set at $20,000.

The thigh-gap... women are obsessing over it and men love it. Reports suggest that it is the latest trend in plastic surgery.
The idea is to have thighs that don't rub together, giving a clear view between a woman's legs.
"Excess fat on the thighs is very difficult to get rid of with diet and exercise alone. Many women become frustrated when they lead an active lifestyle but don't see results in the inner thigh area," explained board-certified plastic surgeon Dr. Paul Chasan.
Guy Aroch hit the streets of Manhattan for Nowness.com with his camera and created a video entitled The Magic Gap in an effort to diffuse the craze. Models featured include Gigi Hadid, Chanel Iman, Alyssa Miller and Elsa Hosk
Fashion photographer and director Guy Aroch envisions New York as a 1970s-hued dreamscape in today’s short The Magic Gap. Part of NOWNESS’ weekly #DefineBeauty series spotlighting the different aesthetic tropes surrounding body image, this week’s short takes an abstracted look at the much-documented thigh-gap obsession. Aroch wanted to “diffuse” the controversial topic, applying his romanticized, sun-kissed filter that frequently graces the pages of Harper’s Bazaar, Numéro and GQ. “It was more a comment on the mysterious fixation women have,” explains the director, “because as a male, I didn’t even know it was a thing.” Probing SoHo and Central Park passers-by on the definition of ‘the magic gap,’ Aroch cast his regularly photographed models including Chanel Iman to depict the controversial fixation that is largely based on pelvic shape and tendon length. “I was trying to be fly-on-the-wall and quite voyeuristic,” he adds. “Most people that didn’t actually know the answer—99% of them. And I didn’t tell them either.”
Different people answer the question "what is the Magic-Gap?" None of them have a clue because that isn't the term usually associated with the obsession.
Critics believe Aroch's video is a total fail and is actually a tribute to thigh-gap fetishism.
"The problem here is that Aroch has produced a video glorifying the thigh gap," writes Fashionista. "There's nothing probing about this video, nothing that makes the viewer step back and say, "You know, why are we obsessing over this?" This is waiting to be GIFed and reblogged ad nauseam as "thinspo," more fodder for the "thigh gap" tag."

Floyd Mayweather Jr. went out all out to make his daughter Iyanna's 14th birthday party a memorable one.
TMZ reports that the boxing champion shelled out $50,000 to have Nicki Minaj show up for an hour. The rapper hung around just long enough to pose for photos and spend some time time with the teen.
Nicki posted a couple of the photos on her Instagram page. "HAPPY 14th BIRTHDAY IYANNA!!!!!!!!!! @moneyyaya cc@floydmayweather," reads the caption on one of them.
Definitely an easy payday for Nicki and a nice gift for Iyanna.

Jagged Edge is working on the sequel to their 2000 album J.E. Heartbreak. The first single off of J.E. Heartbreak Too is entitled "Hope." The album is being executive produced by Jermaine Dupri.
"Making a sequel to a classic album is difficult," Dupri said in a statement. "We don't want to stray from the blueprint of the first album. It's definitely a challenge, but the fans won't be disappointed."

Snoop Dogg, once a symbol of the gang culture in America, has turned over a new leaf. The Long Beach, California native joined NFL Hall of Famer Joe Montana and MC Hammer at the "No Guns Allowed" campaign press conference in San Francisco, Thursday, May 29, seeking a change in American gun laws.
"[Gun violence] is affecting all of us. It shouldn't be until it hits somebody in your family or someone so direct to you that you do something about it," Snoop said. "Because we're all family and those kids that are being affected by these school shootings and the shooting we had the other day in Southern California, this is outrageous. We need to do something about it and I don't mind standing up for a real cause, that's why I'm here."
"If you look at the last 20 years it's not rappers that are dying in the streets, it's the community around rappers," added MC Hammer. "At this point we can divide entertainment and music from reality. And the reality is we need more men, women to stand up and say enough is enough. Not one more and less violence in general."

Shelly Sterling has managed to sidestep the NBA's involvement in the sale of the Los Angeles Clippers and in the process has secured the most lucrative deal ever for a franchise.
Shelly reached an agreement with former Microsoft CEO Steve Ballmer to sell the Clippers for $2 billion.
"I am delighted that we are selling the team to Steve, who will be a terrific owner," Shelly Sterling said in the statement. "We have worked for 33 years to build the Clippers into a premiere NBA franchise. I am confident that Steve will take the team to new levels of success."
Ballmer, who has a net worth of $20 billion, has promised to keep the team in L.A. A group that included Oprah Winfrey and David Geffen lost out after offering $1.6 billion for the team.
"I love basketball," the statement from Ballmer said. "And I intend to do everything in my power to ensure that the Clippers continue to win – and win big – in Los Angeles. LA is one of the world's great cities – a city that embraces inclusiveness, in exactly the same way that the NBA and I embrace inclusiveness. I am confident that the Clippers will in the coming years become an even bigger part of the community. I thank Shelly Sterling for her willingness to entrust the Clippers franchise to me, and I am grateful to NBA Commissioner Adam Silver and his colleagues for working collaboratively with me throughout this process."
Donald Sterling bought the team in 1981 for $12 million. He didn't want to sell it, but his hand was forced when audio tapes where he could be heard espousing racist views leaked in April. He was banned by NBA Commissioner Adam Silver, fined $2.5 million and was going to part with the team he's owned for 33 years.
According to USA Today, the business mogul wanted to stop the sale Ballmer. Donald claims he only gave Shelly permission to field offers from prospective buyers, then bring them to him for approval. However, he was ruled mentally unfit to make decisions related to the family trust.
The Sterling Family Trust owns the team. Donald and his estranged wife Shelly each have a 50% share.
The NBA is expected to approve the sale.

Turk revealed that B,G, could be released from prison as early as late 2014, early 2015 on appeal. He also talked about an upcoming collaboration with Lil Boosie.
B.G., real name Christopher Dorsey, was arrested following a 2009 traffic stop along with Demounde Pollard, 17, and Jerod Fedison, 28. During a search of the car police found three guns, along with loaded magazines and two extended magazine clips.
On July 18, 2012 the rapper was sentenced to 14 years in federal prison for gun possession and witness tampering charges.
