Lil Wayne was one of the featured performers on day 1 of the iHeartRadio Music Festival at the MGM Grand Garden Arena on Friday in Las Vegas.
The Young Money boss performed a full set of some of his top hits. He also surprised the crowd by bringing out Keyshia Cole so she could belt out her hit song "Enough of No Love."
The biggest thrill of the night for Weezy came after the show when he got to meet a young cancer patient, which he Tweeted about.
