Suge Knight is not cooperating with the police investigation into who shot him six times earlier this year at 1Oak in West Hollywood. Instead, cops have had to rely heavily on witnesses and surveillance footage from the club.
TMZ reports that the LAPD feel confident they know who the shooter is, but don't have enough evidence to arrest him yet.
Suge, real name Marion Knight, was hit by five bullets in the torso and one in the arm at an August 24th pre-MTV Video Music Awards party hosted by Chris Brown.
The former Death Row Records CEO underwent surgery an was released from the hospital several days later. As for who shot him, Suge said he's not concerned.
"I don't think that's really important, who pulled the trigger or who I seen pull the trigger,"he told TMZ. "I think that I'm doing extremely well. I'm happy to be doing well and whatever happens, happens."
