Black's defense team called several witnesses to dispute bartender Jennifer Cunningham's claim that the rapper had attacked her in February inside Club Climax.

Fellow bartender Tonya Durham told Broward Circuit Judge Michael Lynch, that it was Cunningham who attacked Black and that he was in a defensive posture, leaning back with his hands up.

The club's manager, Baljit Singh, and a security guard assigned to take care of Black testified that Cunningham became angry when the 19-year old rejected her sexual advances, according to ABC News 10.

"When she gave him a hug she grabbed his genitals and said I want to talk to you and he proceeded to tell her you are not my type and she got mad and walked out," Singh said.

Black, born Dieuson Octave, will next appear in court on May 4th for a sentencing hearing regarding the house arrest violations, which include getting kicked out of a court mandated anger management class and leaving the state of Florida to attend an Adrien Broner boxing match without permission from his probation officer.

The "Tunnel Vision" hit maker could receive an 8-year prison sentence.
