TIME Magazine has rolled out it's list of The Most Influential People On The Internet. Notable names include President Obama, Beyonce, Taylor Swift, Justin Bieber, Gwyneth Paltrow, Tyler Oakley, Shakira, J.K. Rowling, Kim Kardashian and Jimmy Fallon.
Kardashian thanked TIME via Twitter.
