Kendrick Lamar and SchoolBoy Q land on the cover of the latest issue of Billboard magazine. It has to feel great for both artists and Top Dawg Entertainment CEO, Anthony Tiffith, to see everything coming together for the label.
Schoolboy's just released Oxymoron will land at the top of the Billboard 200 with sales north of 150,000 and Kendrick's Good Kid, M.A.A.D City disc propelled him into superstardom.
TDE has much more in store with artists Jay Rock, Ab-Soul, SZA and Isaiah Rashad on deck.
During their cover story for Billboard, K. Dot and Schoolboy talk about making it out of the hood. Q also speaks on getting his first gun from his grandmother, overcoming an addiction to Xanax and Percocets, becoming a Crip and more.
Tiffith revealed that Kendrick will release a new album in September 2014, and a Black Hippy disc with Jay, Ab, Schoolboy and K. Dot will probably drop this year as well.
