Keeping Up With the Kardashians and it's spinoffs would have a closet full of Emmy Awards if Kanye West had anything to do with it.
The controversial rapper gave his opinion on the subject during an interview with Louisa Stoppard on SHOWstudio's "Camera."
"I feel proud to be in a family that has so many people breaking ground for the generations to come," West said in response vto a question about Caitlyn Jenner. "I just feel like, 'Whoa, reality show.' That's so fucking new of an art form. My wife and her family should have had plenty of Emmys by now. But reality shows are considered to be like rap was when the Montriond wouldn't let Run DMC or motherfucking Will Smith stay there because they were rappers. Or the idea that a of a reality star not being allowed into a fashion show. Or not being nominated for their show even if it's the longest running and the most popular and everybody I know watches it."
