Chris Brown and Drake may never be friends again, but they can both breathe a sigh of relief after a judge dismissed a $16 million lawsuit brought against them stemming from their 2012 brawl at Club W.i.P in NYC.
The pair were sued by Entertainment Enterprises, the company behind Greenhouse nightclub, which sits adjacent to Club W.i.P. EE claimed the fight damaged their reputation and caused them to lose a lot of money.
According to TMZ, the judge in the case tossed the lawsuit out, ruling that clubs can't control when a fight breaks out. And EE was especially out of luck considering the brawl didn't occur on their property.
