12348759874?profile=original1017 Brick Squad CEO Gucci Mane could be headed back to prison for as long stretch.

Gucci's probation could be revoked because of a November 10, 2010 incident where he is accused of punching a man following an argument.  Gucci was peppered sprayed and thrown in jail by police who had responded to the scene because of reports Gucci had been driving erratically.

The 30-year old rapper, born Radric Davis was arrested again December 16, 2010, when authorities raided Waka Flocka’s crib looking for evidence of prositution, gang activity and drugs.  He was released within hours of that arrest.

Waka’s attorney had asked that the rapper be ordered to wear an ankle monitor in lieu of jail time. However, the prosecutor demanded Gucci be sent back to prison for violating his probation.

The judge in the case agreed with the prosecutor. Gucci must appear in Fulton County Superior Court on January 24. If found guilty, he will be sent to jail for up to 17 months according to AllHipHop.

This is just the latest in a long string of run ins Gucci has had with the law dating back to 2001.

Since then he’s been arrested on charges of cocaine possession, murder, damage to government property, obstruction, assault and various probation violations.

It’s unclear what kind of affect this latest incident will have on Gucci’s career. He was scheduled to release his latest album ‘The State Vs Radric Davis: The Verdict’ later this year.
