Floyd Mayweather Jr. spoke with detectives from the Los Angeles Police Department on Wednesday, December 10, to discuss what he witnessed during a FaceTime chat that ended with his artist Earl Hayes murdering his wife, Stephanie Moseley, before killing himself on Monday.
According to TMZ, the boxing champion informed police that Hayes left FaceTime to gun his wife down while she bathed, then returned to continue talking.
The rapper told Floyd he was going to kill himself next and ignored his friend's pleas not to. Hayes apparently had already made his mind up about the murder/suicide before contacting Floyd. And only did so to say goodbye.
