George Zimmerman has been released from custody after posting $9,000 bail, but not before being served divorce papers from his estranged wife, Shellie Zimmerman.
Shellie filed for divorce on September 5. The problem she and her lawyer have been having is tracking down the former neighborhood watchman to serve him legal papers.

The problem was solved last night when George was forced out of hiding following his arrest after his girlfriend, Samantha Scheibe, called 911, accusing him of pointing a gun at her.
Shellie Zimmerman's attorney, Kelly B. Sims, served George as he sat in Florida's Seminole County Jail, according to TMZ.
George is charged with battery, criminal mischief and felony aggravated assault with a weapon in the case involving his girlfriend.
During today's hearing Judge Fred Schott of the Seminole County Court ordered George not to contact his girlfriend in any way, "not by person, not by phone, not by mail, not by fax, blog, tweet through Facebook, no contact at all."
George was also forbidden from having a gun or ammunition and cannot leave the state of Florida while free on bail. He must wear a monitoring device to ensure he stays away from Schiebe.
Since his July acquittal in the murder trial of 17-year old Trayvon Martin, the 30-year old has had a string of run ins with police, including 2 traffic stops and a confrontation with his wife and her father in September.
One of the jurors who acquitted Zimmerman in the Trayvon Martin trial told TMZ today that he needs to be put away.
"God is showing George's true side. [George] is continuing to dig himself a bigger grave," said juror B29, identified only as Maddy. "He needs to do some type of time. He thinks he is invincible."
