Former NBA star Dennis Rodman is staring at possible prison time following his DUI arrest on Saturday, January 13.
TMZ reports that the Hall of Famer was already on probation for a July 2016 incident, where he fled the scene after hitting a car on an Orange County, California freeway, while driving the wrong way.
He was placed on three years probation with the stipulation that he avoided any more legal trouble.
Rodman's probation will now likely be revoked. A judge could sentence him to the two years in prison he was supposed to serve from the previous incident, plus additional time for this latest offence.
A rep for Rodman says he needs rehab. It's not known if that will be taken into consideration by the court.
