Cassidy has been through both tragedy and triumph in his life and career. The Philadelphia rapper is putting his life into words in his new book, Behind B.A.R.S. (The Authorized Biography of Cassidy).
Written by Cassidy himself, the book will detail his career, near fatal car crash, his decision to turn his life over to Jesus Christ and be a positive role model.
“They say that your entire life flashes before your eyes before death,” Cassidy writes. “This book consists of what flashed before me the night of my near-fatal car accident. Some of these event I have not shared with anyone.”
The book will be released on April 30th through GGIS Publishing. It will be accompanied by a soundtrack. Cass has teamed up with Philadelphia Pastor Jomo K. Johnson and Jahanna Jones for it's first single, "Amazing Grace."
