Well it looks like Kanye West might have been onto something when he he uttered "George Bush doesn't care about black people" back in 2005.
The former President was visiting Haiti along fellow ex-President Bill Clinton on an earthquake relief mission.
After shaking hands with a crowd of Haitians he can clearly be seen wiping his hand on Clinton's shirt as if he had just touched something dirty.
In that single moment he managed to offend the whole nation of people he's supposed to be there to help.
