In October 2017 Nelly was arrested in Seattle after 22-year old college student Monique Greene accused him of raping her on his tour bus.

The rapper took to his Twitter account on October 7 to vehemently deny the claim.

"Let me say that I am beyond shocked that I have been targeted with this false allegation," he wrote. "I am completely innocent. I am confident that once the facts are looked at, it will be very clear that I am the victim of a false allegation."

Greene later dropped the charges and hit Nelly with a sexual assault and defamation lawsuit.

The Daily Beast obtained amended legal documents filed this week in the case. They now include 2 more alleged victims.

The women, identified as Jane Doe 1 and Jane Doe 2, claim they were assaulted in 2016 and 2017 respectively, after refusing sexual advances from the 43-year old "Country Grammer" hit maker, born Cornell Iral Haynes Jr.

“They didn’t ask for this,” Karen K. Koehler, the lawyer who represents the women, told The Daily Beast. “You’re hanging out with the artist and it’s fun. And then things change ... in an instant.”

Koehler added that she's been contacted by “more than two” other alleged victims and an expanded list of accusers could be forthcoming soon.

Greene’s amended complaint asks for an injunction against “Nelly (and his penis) that prohibits him from engaging in sexual assault against female fans.”
