Meek Mill has broken his silence regarding the brawl that occurred last week between Chris Brown and members of Drake's entourage. Mill spoke with XXL and said neither Drake or Brown were involved in the brawl.

Chris and Drake, them two was there but its other people that be around that take sh*t to the next level,” Meek told XXL. “Things just happen in the club. I seen girls in there throwing bottles, all types of sh*t. All types of people. I never seen Chris Brown or Drake throw a bottle and I was there.”

Meek also denied being involved in the fight that left at least 8-people, including Brown injured.

"F*ck no," Mill replied when asked if he threw a bottle. What [Brown] tweeted was just that me and Meek Mill ain’t got no problem. I talked to him immediately after that, on the phone afterwards, like immediately, like, ‘There’s nothing there, this-that-and-the-third.’ Chris Brown be in clubs. He be around situations like this. Things get out of hand that don’t mean it’s out of hand with me and him or whoever, not even him and Drake.

A day after his death friends of Rodney King are questioning the story told to police about how he passed away. Two close friends of King have told police that his fiance Cynthia Kelley has altered her story a couple of times according to TMZ.

Kelley initially told police that she was awakened by King screaming in their backyard at 5 AM. Sunday morning. When she got to him, he was naked and banging on the glass window. Kelley says she then went to grab her phone, heard a big splash and found King at the bottom of the pool. At that point she called police. They responded to the scene and found King dead.

A source told TMZ that King's friends have heard Kelley tell the story several times, but it changed a bit each time and it seemed like she was lying about something.

King's friends have gone to the police with this information and were told a Detective would be in touch with them.

An autopsy and drowning investigation is pending.

MSNBC

Rodney King, the man whose videotaped beating by Los Angeles police officers in 1991 sparked some of the deadliest race riots in U.S.history, was found dead on Sunday, Reuters reported. He was 47.

King was found dead in a pool and there were no signs of foul play, Reuters reported, citing California police.

King was beaten by Los Angeles Police Department officers on March 3, 1991. A bystander videotaped much of the incident from a distance.

Violence broke out after a California jury acquitted three white and one Hispanic Los Angeles police officers in his beating.

The riots that erupted on April 29, 1992, were among the most lethal in U.S. history. By the time order was restored, 53 people had died, nearly 3,000 people were injured and thousands of businesses were damaged or destroyed.

Nearly a year later, a federal jury convicted two of the police officers of a federal charge of violating King’s civil rights and sentenced them to 30 months in prison. Two other officers were acquitted. King eventually received a $3.8 million settlement from the city, and the case led to sweeping changes in LAPD.

King had recently been promoting his just-published memoir, "The Riot Within: My Journey From Rebellion to Redemption."

This is a developing story. Check back for updates.

**UPDATE**

TMZ

Rodney King's fiancée is telling friends Rodney had been drinking all day Saturday ... and had smoked weed in the hours leading up to his death ... sources close to King tell TMZ.

According to our sources, King's fiancée, Cynthia Kelley, is telling friends King was at the house all day drinking, and he smoked marijuana at some point, before she went to bed at 2:00 AM.

We're told Kelley says she next saw King at around 5:00 AM when she was awoken by him screaming in the backyard. Our sources say Kelley found King naked, banging on the glass, and she called out to him, "What's wrong, Rodney?"

Kelley is telling friends she then went to grab her phone when she heard a big splash. She then went to the backyard and discovered him in the bottom of the pool and called police.

Paramedics attempted to revive King, but were unsuccessful.

The New York Police Department is looking to arrest Drake for his role in the bottle throwing brawl with Chris Brown according to a New York Post report.

According to the Post, Drake will be charged with reckless endangerment after a witness told police they saw the rapper hurl a bottle during the brawl at New York City nightclub W.I.P. on Wednesday.

If Drake doesn't agree to surrender by early next week he may be arrested tonight during his Club Paradise tour stop at Jones Beach Theater in Wantagh, NY.

I have turned over evidence that it was Drake who instigated this. The evidence makes it clear that Chris is the victim in all of this,” said Brown’s attorney, Mark Geragos. “I believe the police are building a case against Drake and his thugs. Clearly, Drake was the instigator, and there is evidence he threw glassware.”

Drake has said that he was leaving the venue when the fight broke out.

Cash Money is circling the wagons around Drake after his altercation earlier in the week with Chris Brown at club WIP in New York City.

MTV caught up with Birdman to talk about the incident and he told them he ha Drake's back 100%.

"Well, to me, I think n*ggas got Drake twisted. A lot of n*ggas be playin', pitty-pattin' with Drake. I don't like that sh*t, period," Birdman said. "Drake is one of us, so if you f*ckin' with Drake, you f*ckin' with us, period!"

Drake, Brown, Meek Mill and others got into a wild bottle throwing brawl that was reportedly sparked by a feud over singer Rihanna. No other YMCMB members were at the club with Drake during the melee and Birdman said that isn't the way he wants his label to be seen.

"We never been the type of brand to be running around f*cking with n*ggas, that's not us we don't do that," he said. "We're into making money, we're professionals at what we do. We go do our shows and leave. Whatever we do, we know how to stick and move make the money and go."

Stunna added that he know the rap game can turn dangerous.

"The rap sh*t get gangsta man," he continued. "I come up where rappers shoot. There wasn't no fighting in my area. We was shooting motherf*ckers. F*ck with me I'm blasting straight up. I aint got time to be playing with you. We gonna do this and end this now. It's a different era and we don't promote that. We not about that none of that, but I think sometimes things get out of hand and you just gotta be ready for whenever and however it do."

As far as the Cash Money CEO can tell Drake isn't at fault in this latest incident. He believes the Toronto rapper is just making good music and not looking for trouble.

"To me, Drizzy ain't did nothin' wrong, he ain't done nothin' wrong to nobody. He just doin' great music," Birdman said. "He's not a reckless guy out there just wildin' out; he's a humble kid makin' great music."
