Rapper Benzino seems to be waving the white flag in his over 2-decade long beef with Eminem. The feud appeared to have died down, but was resurrected earlier this year with the rappers exchanging diss songs.
However, during a recent interview on Drink Champs, Benzino, called for the beef to end.
"I got nothing against Eminem. The man can rap. But I care about (minorities) more," the former co-owner of The Source magazine said as he cried. "I don't want to talk about it. For 22 years, every time I do an interview they ask me about Eminem. Fuck you want me to do? My daughter (Coi Leray) came into the industry figuring 'hey, I gotta be cool with Eminem becase eveybody's against my dad.'" Benzino continued. "We're failing as a people. I don't hate Eminem. I don't know him to hate him. I don't hate white people. I'm tired of this shit. It's just too much. I don't wanna be the bad guy. I got an 8-year old son I dropped off at school this morning."
When asked by Drink Champs host N.O.R.E. what he would do if he met Eminem. Benzino said he would "hug him."

NEW YORK (AP) — A New York judge ruled Friday against Donald Trump, imposing a $364 million penalty over what the judge ruled was a yearslong scheme to dupe banks and others with financial statements that inflated the former president’s wealth.
Judge Arthur Engoron issued his decision after a 2½-month trial that saw the Republican presidential front-runner bristling under oath that he was the victim of a rigged legal system.
The stiff penalty was a victory for New York Attorney General Letitia James, a Democrat, who sued Trump over what she said was not just harmless bragging but years of deceptive practices as he built the multinational collection of skyscrapers, golf courses and other properties that catapulted him to wealth, fame and the White House.
Trump’s lawyers had said even before the verdict that they would appeal.

In his newest project, Product of tha 90’s, you absolutely get transported to New York in the first track. The sound and the beats with the melody will put you in a trance to the ways of the past. Picture the listener driving down in the city, or on the coast with the breeze blowing in their hair, or kicking it at the corner store. The beats are a chill vibe, like a jazz club, and it marries well with instruments. The sounds are like a Tracy Chapman vibe, great use of the piano and other instrument placement, great use of ad libs, and the sounds blend well on the project. Reminds me being back in Brooklyn in the 90s- but unlike the 90s, people won't appreciate the whole project or art as a whole and will probably pick one or two songs and base their opinions on that. This was a dope project.
US President Joe Biden says he holds Russian President Vladimir Putin responsible after the Russian prison service announced that opposition figure Alexey Navalny has died in prison.
"Make no mistake: Putin is responsible for Navalny's death," he said. "Putin does not only target citizens of other countries, as we've seen in what's going on in Ukraine right now — he also inflicts terrible crimes on his own people," the president added.
The president said he was "outraged" by the news.
Navalny "bravely stood up to the corruption, the violence, and all the bad things that the Putin government was doing. In response, Putin had him poisoned, he had him arrested, he had him prosecuted for fabricated crimes," Biden said.
"Even in prison, he was a powerful voice for the truth," he said.
"He could have lived safely in exile after the assassination attempt on him in 2020, which nearly killed him," he said. "Instead, he returned to Russia — knowing he'd likely be imprisoned, maybe killed if he continued his work. But he did it anyway. Because he believed so deeply in his country, in Russia," the president continued.
Remember: The exact circumstances of Navalny's death are unknown, but world leaders have roundly cast the blame on Putin and his autocratic regime, to which Navalny posed a huge political and symbolic threat.
"We don't know exactly what happened, but there is no doubt that the death of Navalny was the consequence of something that Putin and his thugs did," Biden said, when asked by a reporter if Navalny's death was an assassination.

A former US Marine pleaded guilty Wednesday to killing his estranged wife in Australia by dousing her with gasoline & setting her on fire while she was tied up in front of their young children.
Brian Early Johnston, 37, stood in court & copped to a count of murder just weeks before he was scheduled to go on trial in Brisbane for Kelly Wilkinson’s 2021 burning death.
The mom-of-three’s scorched body was found in the backyard of the family Gold Coast home on the morning of April 20, 2021.
Johnston, then 34, was accused of violating a restraining order & setting his wife of 10 years ablaze as their 3 kids, who ranged in age from 2 to 9, looked on in horror.
In the process, Johnston also lit himself on fire & jumped into a pool to put out the flames.
Officers who responded to the scene in the city of Arundel found a semiconscious Johnston with severe burns on his body 2 blocks away from his home.
Cops recovered a plastic gasoline can, 3 knives & a duffle bag containing a rope & duct tape.
Johnston was hospitalized with burns to his hands & airway, & remained in a coma for days before he was booked on a charge of murder.
Wilkinson’s family members were present Wednesday to witness Johnston’s arraignment in Brisbane Supreme Court via a video link from jail.
Johnston did not respond when asked if he wanted to say anything as to why sentence should not be passed upon him.

The trial has started for Run DMC Legend Jam Master Jay. New evidence emerges as lawyers cross examine eye witnesses who were there at the 2002 crime. Lets take a trip down memory lane as we comb thru all the details
Jam Master Jay, real name Jason Mizell, was 37 when he was hit in the head at his recording studio in Queens, New York, in October 2002.
He was one third of Run-DMC, the influential hip-hop group known for 1980s tracks such as It's Tricky, It's Like That and Aerosmith collaboration Walk This Way.

They spoke against drug culture, even recording a "Just Say No" public service announcement in 1988. But prosecutors said Mizell had become involved as a middle man in a drug deal to support his lifestyle and those of others close to him as the group's music career faded.
They said Mr Jordan, who was 18 at the time, and Mr Washington, a friend who was staying with Mizell's sister, thought they would be part of a deal worth nearly $200,000, and were angered when they were cut out.
They plotted to harm him after being "left with nothing", New York prosecutor Miranda Gonzalez told the jury, according to the Reuters news agency.
Another man, Jay Bryant, will face a separate trial in 2026. He is accused of entering the studio through the front door and letting Mr Jordan and Mr Washington in through a locked back fire exit, before Mr Jordan allegedly hit Mizell with a handgun.
"He would be taken out in his own music studio, by people he knew," Ms Gonzalez told the court, the AFP news agency reported.
'No clue who did it'
But defence lawyer Ezra Spilke called the prosecution's account of events "one version of many", and said the accused pair "have no clue who did it".
There is no forensic evidence connecting his client, Mr Washington, to the murder, only "ageing memories", he said.
Mr Washington was an alcoholic and relied on Mizell to keep a roof over his head. "Why bite the hand that feeds you?" Mr Spilke said. "Why kill the person you depend on?"
He told the jury: "Mizell was a beloved artist, but convicting the wrong person... does not solve the tragedy. It just adds another one to it."
Mr Jordan's lawyer John Diaz noted how "the narrative has changed over time" and that some prosecution witnesses had co-operated with federal investigators in exchange for leniency in their own criminal cases.
The trial is expected to last four weeks.

The 37-year-old has been remanded to custody pending his sentencing hearing set for March 13.
