Chances are your mom and grandmother don’t like seeing you walk around with your pants hanging low, so don’t be surprised if you get a gift this Christmas you will most likely never have use for.
Inventor Andrew Lewis has created Subs, short for sub-spenders. A sort of male garter belt designed to keep your pants up.
“It’s a simple waist strap with four suspended straps. The idea is the user controls how low they wanna sag,” Lewis said. “There’s a point past even for them their pants fall too low.”
Reactions to the new invention were mixed on New York City’s 7th Avenue.
“I like it, I mean we wanna be what we wanna be,” said one male passerby. “My wife would divorce me,” said another.
The sub-spenders sell for $30 online.
