If Wendy Williams is bothered by the criticism Lifetime's biopic, Aaliyah: Princess of R&B, she's not showing it. The film was executive produced by Williams. It was watched by 3.2 million people on Saturday, November 15. It's you're simply crunching numbers then it was a success.

“I see my Aaliyah movie broke the Internet this weekend,” Williams gloated on her talk show Monday.. “Everybody’s got an opinion. Whether you loved it or hated it, you watched it. It was the second highest rated movie on cable this year.”

Aaliyah fans and friends could care less about the ratings. They strongly believe the movie was poorly executed. Her protégé Timbaland has been one of the biggest critics.
Too bad there's no such things as a do-over for a film.
