Well, double damn! Look who’s getting “white girl wasted” for her 18th birthday. It’s none other than former Disney Princess, turned wild child Miley Cyrus.
Well technically this isn’t even a birthday celebration. TMZ is reporting this film was shot 5 days after the starlet’s birthday.

I guess next we’ll be seeing footage of Miley stumbling out of night clubs, high as the clouds, although I’m not sure she can get much higher than she is in the video below.
No wait, she can and probably will be getting much, much higher in the future. All that Hannah Montana money might literally go up in smoke.
