Video After The Jump

In this clip, Tony Yayo echoed Boosie’s oft-referred to phrase of rappers dying in their own hoods as a result of people being “hypnotized with hatred.” Tony spoke about how he recognized that early on but also said there are a different set of issues one has to face when you move out of the hood. He was speaking specifically about racial tensions that exist in suburban neighborhoods and the issues he still faces where he lives. Lastly, he shares some advice that 50 Cent once gave him about how to avoid a similar fate.
