V. Stiviano is being sued by Donald Sterling's wife, Shelly, for allegedly embezzling $1.8 million from the billionaire in the form of cars and property.
Stiviano says the gifts were from Donald's personal finances and not the domestic property of his marriage to Shelly. Therefore the lawsuit against her should be thrown out.
The former confidant of the ex-L.A. Clippers owner has filed legal documents claiming she never had sex with Sterling because he's not sexually attracted to women, according to TMZ.
Stiviano states that she was "not ever a sexual partner of Donald T. Sterling" and "believes that [Sterling] is a homosexual and enjoys sexual acts and or sexual congress with males." She also claims Shelly approved Donald's gifts to her and was aware that he was gay.
She is suing Donald and Shelly for defamation of character. According to the report, Stiviano accuses them of slandering her in the media by calling her a thief. She's seeking at least $10 million
