Tekashi69's music video shoot for "Billy" didn't go as planned Tuesday, February 27.
TMZ reports that the NYPD showed up at the Brooklyn, New York location and shut it down for several reasons. There were online threats against Tekashi, he didn't have a valid permit to shoot and the crowd became too large.
