Suge Knight is looking for a big payday.
He'll have to get it from someone other than Kanye West, at least for now.
Knight filed a lawsuit against West seeking $1 million dollars after being shot in the leg at a 2005 party.
At some point during the party, some let off a shot that hit Knight in the leg shattering his femur and causing him to lose a diamond ring.
Suge blamed a lack of security for the incident which took place at the Shore Club in Miami Beach.
The judge in the case dismissed it Thursday November 4, citing a lack of evidence.
Suge plans to appeal the decision.
