Soulja Boy started 2011 by revealing he is the person behind Willow Smith’s breakout hit “Whip My Hair.” He let his twitter followers in on the secret yesterday.
That the song was ghostwritten shouldn’t come as any surprise, after all Willow is only 10-years old. That Soulja Boy wrote it is not that shocking either, when you consider his track record for penning hit’s “Crank Dat” to “Kiss Me Through The Phone” geared toward the younger demographic.
Soulja is also looking to expand his SODMG imprint by adding a female artist. He had his sights set on UK Ex-Factor singer Cher Lloyd, but Jay-Z beat him to the punch.
