Snoop Dogg has a prescription for medical marijuana in his home state of California. Unfortunately for him that means nothing to Texas police.
TMZ is reporting that The Doggfather was arrested in Sierra Blanca over the weekend when a drug sniffing dog alerted cops to a prescription bottle on Snoop's tour bus that had a half ounce of weed in it.
After admitting that the herb belong to him, Snoop was arrested and cited for misdemeanor drug possession and released. If convicted he could face up to 180 days in jail.
