After an impressive amateur career with over 200 fights and 12 national championships, Chattanooga boxer Ryan Martin signed with 50 Cent's SMS Promotions in September, 2013.
The lightweight prospect has quickly made a big impression by starting off his pro career with 2 wins, no losses and 2 knockouts.
"Ryan has what it takes to be successful. At only 20 years old he shows dedication and determination that will land him on top," 50 Cent recently told BoxingScene.com.

"Being a boxer is my career. It's my everyday job. It's my 9-5," says Ryan. "Supporting my family is going through my head. Being a world champion one day is definitely going through my head over and over. And what can I do to get better than yesterday. It's either show up or fold. If you ain't winning in your head you're not going to win physically. When I'm in the ring the only thing going through my mind is, it's either going to be him or me. And it's damn sure not going to be me."
