Billy "The Kid" Dib beat a very tough Mike Oliver last night by decision at the Hartford Convention Center in Hartford, Connecticut to raise his record to (36-2, 21 KOs). The fight was the main event on 50 Cent's SMS Promotions boxing card which was telecast on ESPN's Friday Night Fights.
More importantly, Dib, put himself in line for a possible rematch with Evgeny Gradovich for a chance to reclaim the IBF Featherweight title.
In the co-main event, unbeaten lightweight Mark ‘Too Sharp’ Davis scored an eight round unanimous decision against Robert Osiobe.
