Avi Da Jeweler just won his lawsuit against Sean Kingston because the singer didn't even bother putting up a fight.
As we previously reported, Avi filed a $1 million lawsuit against Kingston for jewelry sold to him between 2008-2013.
According to TMZ, Kingston ordered watches, chains, a belly chain and a cubic zirconia necklace and bracelet. In addition the entertainer was loaned a $16,000 ring for an appearance on 106 & Park.
The ring was never returned and the other items were paid for by checks that bounced.
TMZ reports that the judge in the case handed down a default judgement of $356,000 against Kingston because he never filed an answer in the case.
