Rick Ross is dealing with yet another potential financial setback. Total Access Talent agency claims the rapper hired them last November to book and organize a month's worth of tours, but stiffed them out of their 10% cut after they had already arranged dates and prepared contracts with acts such as Machine Gun Kelly, Meek Mill and Wale.
According to TMZ, Total Access was comfortable doing business with Ross because they had been booking his shows since 2004 without any problems. So comfortable in fact, they arranged this tour via a verbal agreement.
The company filed a lawsuit in a federal court in Miami this week. They are seeking at least $171,000 in unpaid commissions.
