Jay-Z and Beyonce are sparing no expense when it comes to their unborn bundle of joy.
The couple has already spent a cool million bucks making sure B and the baby are getting the best of care.

Money isn't an issue for the power couple, who are estimated to be worth nearly a billion dollars. So a few million spent to insure the health of their future offspring is small change.
