By Thenext2shine.comImagine a world in which you don’t even have to go into the studio to record your new album. You don’t even have to step foot into your own home studio! Well believe it or not, this type of crazy idea is quickly becoming reality with a brand new application called “ProStudios“. Users of the application would be able to have a mobile version of “Pro Tools” right on their very own iPhone or iPod touch. Sounds awesome! But, what about the quality of the recording? Obviously a hand held microphone cannot be directly compared to a high quality studio mic! What about background noise? Wouldn’t this make the song sound a little more amateur? I’m not sure if I’m that fond of the whole idea. But it’s definitely a pretty cool application to say the least. Hopefully “ProStudios” will only be used to create quick reference points when the artist ACTUALLY records the song in the studio.The application will make it debut later on this month.To follow the progress of this new technology make sure you follow ProStudios, and check out their website.
