Attorneys for Takeoff, Offset and Quavo, together known as Migos, should be getting prepared to defend their clients in court.
TMZ reports that stylist Marcus Clark has filed a lawsuit against the group for allegedly failing to return expensive clothing they wore in Niykee Heaton's 2016 "Bad Intentions" music video.
According to Clark, he reached out to Migos' management in an effort to retrieve the items and was told, "That's over with."
Court documents lists the items reportedly taken as:
- 3 Enfants Riches Déprimés shirts, $18,138, plus $1,632 in taxes.
- 2 pairs of vintage sunglasses (Versace and Les Copains), $700.
Clark is asking to be awarded more that $1 million in damages.
