Nobody can imagine what life has been like for them. Being the children of the world's biggest musical icon. With paparazzi clamoring for their pictures and the media circus surrounding their father. It has been a huge adjustment for his three children Prince Michael I, 12; Paris, 11; and Prince Michael II ("Blanket"), 7 living without the father who shielded them away from all the madness as much as he could.
In a new report published by People.com the children are doing remarkably well given the circumstances.
According to Adam Streisand, an attorney for their grandmother and guardian Katherine Jackson.
"They're doing great, thanks to the love and support they've gotten,"
The children have had to adjust to being out in public without masks. A family source says "They like not wearing the masks, It's a different experience for them."
Will they follow in their famous father's footsteps and become entertainers? If the reports are true, they seem to be like their dad in more ways than one.
"Talking to Prince is like talking to Michael," says the family source. "He's so smart and mature – way beyond his age." Paris, meanwhile, "wants to be a singer."
Adds grandfather Joe, "I was so proud of my grandchildren [at the Grammys]. But I'm always proud of them."
