Common Pleas Judge Genece Brinkley, came down hard on Meek Mill Monday, November 6, after determining he violated his probation by getting arrested twice earlier this year.

The 30-year old rapper, born Robert Williams, appeared before Brinkley in a Philadelphia courtroom, where she imposed a 2-4 year prison sentence, according to the Philadelphia Enquirer.

The decision came down following Meek's March arrest in St. Louis for an alleged fight at an airport, and an August arrest in New York City, where he was accused of reckless driving.

Both cases were later dropped, but Brinkley still decided that the "House Party" hit maker violated his probation, stemming from a 2009 drug and gun conviction.
