Meek Mill appeared before before Common Pleas Court Judge Genece E. Brinkley on Friday in Philadelphia to try and work out a dispute with his probation officer Treas Underwood.

Underwood and Assistant District Attorney Noel A. DeSantis argued that Meek, real name Robert Williams, violated his 5-year probation by traveling outside of Philadelphia without telling Underwood of his whereabouts.

Terms of Meek's probation call for him to notify Underwood of his itinerary at all times, especially if he's outside of Philadelphia so she can notify authorities in those jurisdictions according to Philly.com.

Underwood said that Meek hasn't been letting her know where he is until after he gets there. He is "supposed to file travel plans listing time, date, address, and phone number of every place he will be when not in Philadelphia. He's supposed to call her when he arrives and leaves each site."

According to Meek his itinerary always changes because he's in demand.

"The problem is that I don't know," Meek said. "It changes every day."

The rapper is concerned about being in Philadelphia because it could lead to him getting in trouble of even injured.

"My best thing is to stay traveling," Meek told the judge. "Every time I come back to Philadelphia, someone tries to shoot me or get me back in trouble."

Meek also claimed that Underwood it trying to make it hard on him because they grew up in the same North Philadelphia neighborhood.

"You need to take off your hat as Meek Mill and put on your hat as John Doe, unknown person, and do what you're supposed to do," Brinkley said.

Meek is on probation for a 2008 drug and gun conviction.

Brinkley outlined new probation details and ordered the rapper back in court for a status hearing on June 28.

"You need to try to get this right next time," Brinkley added.
