The tangled web that is Love & Hip Hop Atlanta just got a little stickier now that the lawyers have been brought out.
TMZ reports that Benzino's fiancee, Althea Heart, has filed a lawsuit against Joseline Hernandez after getting mopped up at the reunion show.
According to Althea, Joseline was seen smoking crack backstage during the show. Althea believes that contributed to the attack.
The fact of the matter is Stevie J and Joseline just don't get along with Benzino and Althea.
Althea is only suing Joseline, not VH1 or the show's producers. It's not known what damages are being sought in the lawsuit.
