Police in Rochdale, England are looking for a man who was caught on CCTV trying to burn a vehicle. It shouldn't be hard to find him though. Just check the local burn units because he'll show up at one soon.
The would-be arsonist can be seen pouring flammable liquid onto a vehicle. While trying to spark the fire, he became engulfed in flames.
He was last seen hauling ass down the street with his arm on fire. Check the video below.
