TMZ - Boosie Badazz went full out of the frying pan & into the fire over his gun case in San Diego, because while local prosecutors dropped charges ... they really just made way for the feds to go after him.
Federal agents nabbed Boosie Wednesday outside the San Diego courthouse where he thought he'd just gotten great news about the gun case. According to new docs we've obtained, ATF hauled him for possession of a weapon by a felon -- essentially, the same charge San Diego dropped.
In the federal docs, they say Boosie was seen on an Instagram live feed, back on May 6, with a gun tucked into the the waistband of his red jeans. The feds say San Diego PD was watching that IG feed & mobilized officers to pull over a vehicle that had Boosie riding in the back seat.
According to the feds, right before the Mercedes SUV pulled over, the SD officer noticed movement in the back seat they believe looked like someone "attempting to conceal firearms or illegal contraband" ... in their experience.
Once the vehicle was pulled over, Boosie told the officer he didn't have any weapons, but his security did. During the search, the cop found a loaded Hellcat 9mm in the guard's bag, & also a loaded Glock 9mm on the rear passenger seat.
All 3 people ... Boosie, his guard & driver were taken into custody & cops say they heard Boosie yell at the guard, "You told me they were in the bag."
Once cops reviewed the IG footage, they matched up the Glock with the weapon in Boosie's waistband & that's why they busted him. Boosie was released from Louisiana State Prison in 2014 after serving more than 4 years for drug charges.

MEXICO CITY (AP) — A city councilor from the Mexican border city of Reynosa has been arrested at a checkpoint in Texas after U.S. border patrol agents found about 93 pounds (42 kilograms) of cocaine in her car, prosecutors said.
On Wednesday, Denisse Ahumada was still listed as one of about 20 members of the Reynosa city council.
Court records show she was arrested on June 10 at an inland security checkpoint in Falfurrias, Texas after an x-ray inspection of her SUV showed anomalies in the door panels & the seats. Border Patrol agents found 42 packages wrapped in duct tape & foil, each containing about a kilogram of cocaine.
Ahumada told agents she was supposed to have delivered the drugs to San Antonio, Texas. She also told agents she had carried such shipments before.
Local media reported Ahumada was part of the conservative opposition National Action Party, or PAN. But in a statement Tuesday, the PAN office in the northern border state of Tamaulipas denied she was a member or supporter of the party, and condemned drug smuggling.
State party leader Luis René Cantú said Ahumada had run for office on the Green party ticket and later asked to join the PAN, but later lost contact with the party.
Reynosa is a violent border city across from McAllen, Texas that has long been dominated by factions of the Gulf cartel.

While he may have cleared the air in one case, Boosie Badazz was dragged back into another legal mess, getting arrested by federal agents ... TMZ has learned.
A spokesperson for the San Diego County District Attorney's office tells us Boosie was in court Wednesday for an appearance in his ongoing gun case. The good news -- the case was dismissed. The bad news -- he still had another pending legal issue.
We're told Boosie was arrested by federal agents outside the courtroom as soon as his gun case hearing wrapped.
We don't currently know the circumstances that led up to the arrest.
As for the gun case ... reports say Boosie was involved in a traffic stop last month when officers discovered two handguns.
A Greensburg woman is facing charges of aiding suicide & harassment after a man was found dead inside his apartment.
Mandie Reusch, 35, is accused of sending “heinous & graphic” social media messages to Kevin Metzger, who died June 18, 2021.
Westmoreland County District Attorney Nicole W. Ziccarelli said the charges follow a 2-year investigation. Reusch was the estranged girlfriend of 37-year-old Metzger.
Investigators discovered a letter believed to be written by Metzger inside his apartment following his suicide as well as messages posted to his public Facebook page, detailing what Ziccarelli called a “trail of torment & solicitation.”
“Mr. Metzger may still be here today if those messages did not influence & encourage him to take his own life,” Ziccarelli.
She went on to say the messages from Reusch “were continuous & unrelenting for months, until it finally stopped when the victim took his own life.”
The messages continued until his death in June, just days before Father’s Day.
Metzger & Reusch had a child together, identified, as S.M.
The child was often the focal point of Reusch’s messages.
Police said 1 message read, “I hope for S. M.’s sake that you do kill yourself. She would be better off not even knowing you.”
Other messages police say Reusch sent to Metzger included, “Kill yourself. I mean it.”
Another read, “I actually want you to kill yourself because I think you are the worst person on this planet.”
Court documents also say Reusch told Metzger she was going to find their daughter a better father & said their child would dance on his grave.
Metzger reported these messages to Irwin Police in May 2021. They charged Reusch with harassment. Those charges were dropped after Metzger took his life.
But that’s when state police & the district attorney started investigating asking if those texts lead Metzger to his death.
Reusch was arraigned Tuesday morning & has a preliminary hearing scheduled for June 27.
TMZ - YK Osiris believed he had the right to grab Sukihana & plant an unwanted kiss on her lips & for that, the internet is letting him have it ... accusing the singer of sexual assault.
The whole thing went down over the weekend at The Crew League event in ATL. Suki’s sitting at the host table when Osiris comes up behind her & starts to rub her bare shoulders.
Suki appears uncomfortable — but then YK ramps it up, grabbing her face & attempting to kiss her. Suki successfully avoids his first attempt, but then he does it again as she yells out ... this time planting one directly on her lips.
After the incident, YK seemingly oblivious to how awkward the whole thing looked, laughs it off — apparently thinking what he did was funny.
Sukihana appeared stunned as YK walked away, but later tweeted, “I drink to hide that I’m very sensitive. I feel things more then the average person. I stopped drinking yesterday but today I’ve been crying all day. I asked God to strengthen me & use me to help others & to order my steps in his word. I just want to go away for awhile.”
Sources familiar with what went down tell us Suki doesn’t even know YK & they don’t have any sort of relationship. We’re told Suki didn’t want to make a big scene when it happened & tried to stay professional ... but the whole thing was disturbing to her.
