Lil Wayne is prepared to bring his legal team out if a sex tape that is being shopped gets released.
TMZ reports that someone is shopping a smut flick featuring Wayne and 2 unidentified women to various porn companies.
Wayne's reps say that if such a tape exists it was filmed without his knowledge, adding that they will "sue the hell" out of anyone that puts it out.
Without the rapper's consent the flick can't legally be released, meaning it will probably never see the light of day.
