Lil Wayne's long-awaited album "Tha Carter V" is stuck in limbo while he and Birdman attempt to work out their legal issues, but fans may get a consolation prize as early as this month.
The rapper's manager, Cortez Bryant, fielded questions on Instagram Live this week and said Weezy could be dropping his "Dedication 6" mixtape soon.

“Maybe D6 in November,” he told fans. “Not December. That’s too long.”
The last "Dedication" project was released in 2013. Since then Wayne has dropped the mixtapes "Sorry 4 the Wait," "No Ceilings 2" and teamed up with T-Pain for "T-Wayne."
He also released the "Free Weezy Album" in 2015 and collaborated with 2 Chainz on "Collegrove" in 2016.
