Backlash from his decision to name his next album 'I'm Gay' has Lil B feeling defiant.
He told MTV in a recent interview that people are threatening his life, but he feels like somebody has to prove his point that words or labels don't mean anything.
"I spoke up and I did it, and I don't regret it. I have death threats - people have been hittin me up like 'yo I'mma bash your head in you f*cking f*g, I'mma kill you," B said. "And you know what? I'mma keep pushing for the human rights and for people to be happy and for people to speak."
Soulja Boy recently announced that Lil B has signed to his Stacks on Deck Entertainment imprint, but 'I'm Gay' won't be released through his label. It's possible B will just drop it independently.
Regardless of what label the album will drop on, B wanted to make it clear that he isn't going to back down from anybody.
"I'm not gonna stop and I'm not scared of anybody on earth," he said. "That's why I [titled the album I'm Gay] and nobody gonna stop me."
