Dennis Hopper's divorce attorney says in a court filing in Los Angeles that the actor is dying and can't undergo chemotherapy as he battles prostate cancer. The Easy Rider star and his wife Victoria are fighting over when and whether to take the actor's deposition. Lawyer Joseph Mannis says Hopper, 73, weighs barely 100 pounds and cannot tolerate stress or long conversations.
