Dieuson Octave p.k.a. Kodak Black was released from Broward County, Florida jail on Monday, June 5, and is presumably ready to get back to work.
The "Tunnel Vision" hit maker was sentenced to 365 days on May 4, for violating his probation, but the judge in the case cut him a huge break. The rapper was ordered to complete an anger management/life skills course. If he was successful, his 365 day sentence would be commuted to 180 days. With time served, he was freed after only one month.
Black is still not out of the legal woods yet. While free, he is still facing a felony charge in South Carolina over an alleged sexual assault.
