Kanye West's lawyer, Blair Berk, has entered a plea of not guilty on West's behalf this morning in a case stemming from his attack on photographer Daniel Ramos.
The incident happened at Los Angeles International Airport in July. As West was exiting the airport Ramos asked him several questions after the rapper asked not to be spoken to.
The G.O.O.D. Music CEO reacted aggressively and charged towards Ramos is an attempt to take his camera.
West was eventually charged with two misdemeanor counts of criminal battery and attempted grand theft.
Ramos hired attorney Gloria Allred, who filed a civil suit against Kanye for assault and battery. If convicted of the crimes the rapper could face a year in jail.
