Two Houston women have sued Dipset Capo, Jim Jones for showing footage of their bitties in his video for "Summertime" without permission

Sharie Johnson and Samantha Stotts filed a lawsuit on Wednesday (February 9) in New York.

Their lawyer claims the women didn't know they were being filmed and covered up as soon as they realized. They were later "horrified" when they found out the footage from May, 6 2010 at Miami Beach, Florida was being shown in a music video by Jones.

The Associated Press report doesn't specify the amount of money, if any the women are asking for in damages.
