The World Music and Dance Awards, created to award and honor the world of music and dance, is celebrating the love of music and dance on an International unification. In 2010, the awards ceremony will take place amongst many celebrities, as well as, will provide a live International web cast throughout the celebration. This event will be held on March 25, 2010 in Hollywood, California.
Various celebrities that will be apart of the award show are Lisa Raye, Omar Gooding, Cuba Gooding Jr., John Legend and more. There will be various performers from the different genres of music and dance that includes International artist Iyaz, the winners of 2009 America's Best Dance Crew, Secondhand Serenade (Alternative Rock) just to name a few.
In addition to the star studded event, a special tribute will be given to many influential talent that has shaped our world of music and dance throughout the years that include the "King of Pop" Michael Jackson, as well as, Jagged Edge "The Remedy to R & B Music."
Jagged Edge is being honored for their achievement in shaping, molding, and inspiring up and coming R&B Artist for their continuous success throughout their entire career. With this honor, Jagged Edge will be accepting their first Lifetime Achievement Award at this year's World Music and Dance Awards.
